Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or a thoughtful gesture "just because", your gift becomes a gentle nudge toward peace. Guests can redeem their voucher for a stay at Snowberry, choosing dates that suit them best.

Once your payment is received, your gift voucher will be on its way — either posted to you - or your recipient - (UK only for now, sorry!) - or sent as a printable PDF you can download and share.
You can buy any amount you want! There’s just a £10 minimum spend, but after that, it’s completely up to you.
If you're in the UK, vouchers can be sent by second-class post at no extra cost. We recommend allowing seven days for delivery, so this option isn’t ideal if you need them quickly.
Alternatively, and for the rest of the world, we can email you a downloadable, printable voucher. Be sure to check your spam folder before getting in touch if it hasn’t arrived.
Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue, with the expiration date clearly marked on each one. Once a voucher has expired, it cannot be extended.

When we call to confirm your voucher, you can choose the names to put on it, or we can leave it blank for you.
Printable PDF vouchers are usually sent within 24 hours of payment. Posted vouchers may take a little longer depending on Royal Mail delivery times.
You can gift an entire stay, but we’ll need specific dates since prices vary throughout the year.
Having the dates allows us to give you an accurate price, and if the dates change later with a price difference, we’d need to charge the difference. Vouchers are non-refundable, so any lesser amount wouldn’t be refunded.
For the easiest process, it’s best to get the dates from the recipient and book through the regular “Book Now” option, which requires a £50 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due four weeks before the stay.
Vouchers are non‑refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash — but they can be used towards any stay with us.

Each voucher has a unique code, and once it’s been used, it can’t be used again.
Dates can be changed anytime (subject to availability), but any additional costs will apply.
Gift vouchers can be used to cover all or part of the cost of a stay.
If the full value isn’t used in one go, the remaining balance can’t be used later, and no cash refunds will be provided.
Each gift voucher comes with its own unique code that can only be used once.
To redeem it, head to the "Book Now" section on our website, select your dates (subject to availability), and look for the "Add Promocode" box to the right of the date selection. Enter your code there, and the value will be deducted from your total at checkout.
Alternatively, contact us directly and we will book you in and apply the value of the voucher.
Vouchers are meant for one-time use only. If you don’t spend the full value, the remaining balance won’t be refunded in cash.
We’re unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers.
If your voucher doesn’t arrive, contact us right away and we’ll send a new one. The original voucher’s unique code will be canceled, and a new code will be issued. If the original code has already been used, we won’t be able to replace it.
Also, if you don’t let us know within seven days that your voucher hasn’t arrived, we won’t be able to issue a replacement.
All bookings, regardless of how they are made, are subject to availability.
We cannot be held responsible if the dates you or your recipient want are unavailable.
You can, however, only use one code on the website, so get in touch with us if you’d like to combine your gift voucher with a promotion.

Yes — vouchers can be used for any available dates within their validity period.
Yes — if you’ve been gifted more than one voucher, you can use them together towards a single booking.
In this instance, you will need to contact us to give us all your unique codes though, so we can apply them to your booking!
No — once you’ve booked using your unique voucher code, it’s automatically marked as used and can’t be applied again. We take all bookings in good faith, so there’s no need to bring the voucher along or worry about re‑using it.
If you cancel 15 days or more before arrival, your voucher will remain valid and can be used for another stay within its expiry date.
If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, the voucher is considered used and can’t be applied again.
